My name is Stein van der Weiden, I’m originally from the Netherlands and currently living in Kenya. With experience across various industries and cultures, I am fascinated about how teams and organisations work, and what holds them back from truly growing.
My focus is on organizational culture, conflict and change, especially at the moments where things get messy and exciting. I help teams turn tension into growth, so they don’t just hit their targets but become stronger and better together.

We tend to run away from conflicts like we instinctively want to run from a lion. Pity, because the lion will hunt you down. I’ve learned from Masai people in remote areas in Kenya, it’s better to look the lion in the eyes, and remain calm. With conflicts, it works exactly like this.
